Plot: After the man who killed his family is set free by the court, wealthy vigilante Ben Kallin (Rod Steiger) does what he feels is his part to clean up society by capturing paroled psychopaths and dispatches them in his private electric chair. But when a corrupt politician frames another man for murder, Kallin may execute an innocent man. This unusual horror/comedy co-stars Lauren Hutton and Heather Graham.
