Plot: Two of the action worlds biggest heavyweights--Steven Seagal and Dennis Hopper--square off in this tense, dramatic thriller. With Seagal fighting for good, and Hopper hamming it up as the maniacal villain, TICKER capitalizes on what the two actors do best. When Hopper's insane bomber hides a huge bomb somewhere in San Francisco, it is up to Seagal, a spiritual leader of the bomb squad and Tom Sizemore, as a volatile cop seeking revenge, to stop him. Rapper Nas and pop star Chilli (of TLC) also star.
