The life story of Arnold Schwarzenegger is amazing but true. It is the tale of a poor Austrian youth who battled the odds, became a megastar and married into one of the most prominent families in modern history.
Rising to fame as a champion body builder, Schwarzenegger became a millionaire before the age of 30 and then went on to tackle Hollywood on his own terms. He grabbed our attention in the award-winning documentary Pumping Iron and later evolved into an explosive action movie hero in such films as Conan The Barbarian and The Terminator series.
This fascinating program features film clips and interviews with people from Schwarzenegger's life, including body building mogul Joe Weider, director Ivan Reitman and actors James Coburn, Michael Biehn, Jim Belushi and Penelope Ann Miller.
