Plot: Dietrich and Milland don't strike many sparks, but Marlene's alluringly exotic. A former British spy (Milland) receives a set of gold earrings in the mail and recalls his wartime journey across Germany disguised as a Gypsy by a beautiful Gypsy woman. During the trip, he gathers damaging information against the Nazis as he falls in love with the woman who hides him.
