Revealing mistakes: The newspapers shown during the opening credits are quite accurate, revealing additional information about the killer's background. In one case, though, two columns show exactly the same text.
In the very beginning of the movie, when the doctor is looking at the paper dated October 10, if you pause the movie, you can see that every column of the paper is the same paragraph over and over.
