Plot: Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong bring their marijuana-fueled comedy act to the screen for a third feature film effort. In this adventure, the boys find themselves in possession of a large quantity of fine quality green stuff and decide to make some dope-infused ice cream and sell it from a truck. Their illegal, but successful, business venture introduces them to a wide range of freaks and wackos, including a coke-snorting mental patient (Paul "Pee Wee" Reubens) and Cheech's long-lost love (Evelyn Guerrero), who is now dating an ex-con. Look for appearances by Sandra Berhard and Timothy Leary.
