NIKKI REED (“Kathy Alva”) recently captured the attention of audiences and critics alike with her role as ‘Evie’ in Catherine Hardwicke’s Thirteen. In her debut as co-writer and co-star, Reed wowed audiences at Sundance, helping her film to secure a multi-million dollar worldwide distribution deal. The film opened to rave reviews and has since garnered Reed an Independent Spirit Award for “Best Debut Performance.”
At just 16, Reed has completed an additional three features including the dark comedy Mini’s First Time with Alec Baldwin, the drama American Gun with Forest Whitaker, and Man Of God. When not filming, Reed enjoys a variety of activities including gymnastics, painting, and horseback riding, and spending quality time with her family in Los Angeles.
