A Spanish black comedy about the twisted world of two sisters and their plan to steal the inheritance money of a pushover widower. Nestor, whose wife has recently passed away, becomes obsessed with his cleaning lady's beautiful daughter, Maribel. She, however, has fallen for another man in Barcelona and has already made plans to take a job at an S&M club there which is run by Angela, her sister. Deciding with the advice of her sister, Maribel takes Nestor as her husband in order to score his inheritance money. It doesn't seem that Nestor is ready to keel over yet, so the girls begin to devise what initially seems like the ultimate plot.

Recently widowed, Nestor has become infatuated with Maribel, his cleaning lady's daughter and wants to legalize their relationship at the earliest opportunity. Maribel, however, has plans to go to Barcelona to work at a club run by her sister Angela, and she's in love with Manolo, an ex-legionnaire, who is now working as a debt collector. She dreams of an exciting, surprise filled life at his side.
On her sister's advice, and further inspired by the thought of a juicy inheritance, Maribel marries Nestor, whom she does not expect to last long, especially if she gives him a good run for his money in the sack. Maribel already sees herself as a rich widow with Manolo at her side and the world at her feet, but what's to be done if Nestor is disinclined to kick the bucket? Could this be the cue for someone to give him a helping hand? Manolo, for instance...?
