One of the better horror films to come out of the 80s. Has a lot of famous faces and some interesting colors and effects. Check this out if you're looking for something to rent. 6/10--FrighT MasteR (UHM)
This movie has some pretty cool special effects, and some interesting directing, but it ultimately misfires for one reason: it takes itself far too seriously. --Jack Witzig (ColdSpot)
Although not a perfect movie, "The Keep" is an important flick. ... This is probably the kind of movie you'll groove if you liked "The Hunger," another heavy-handed early '80s fear flick. The rest of us, however, would be advised to steer clear.-- (eSplatter.com)
