Plot: Korean writer/director Woo-suk Kang presents a followup to his ultraviolent action blockbuster PUBLIC ENEMY with the sequel ANOTHER PUBLIC ENEMY. Kyung-gu Sol reprises his role as the morally dubious Cheol-jung, who has climbed the ranks from corrupt cop to renegade public prosecutor willing to employ less-than-legal tactics to get his man. When his newest case points to an old high-school rival, Sang-woo (Jun-ho Jeong), Cheol-jung takes matters into his own hands for a personal grudge match fraught with explosive action sequences.
