AMY ADAMS(Kate) will be seen in two upcoming films later this year: "The Slaughter Rule" and "Psycho Beach Party." She appeared in last year’s "Drop Dead Gorgeous," opposite Denise Richards and Kirsten Dunst, as well as in such television shows as "Providence," "That 70s Show," "Charmed" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."

Born in Colorado before eventually moving to Minnesota, Adams studied dance extensively before she became interested in acting. Prior to her role in "Drop Dead Gorgeous," she appeared in various musical productions, including "Brigadoon," "Good News," "State Fair" and "Crazy For You," at the prestigious Chanhassen Dinner Theater.
