STEPHEN DORFF (Leon), at the age of 28, is one of the most respected young actors in Hollywood. This fall he stars in the thriller Feardotcom with Stephen Rea, and soon thereafter will topline the caper $teal for French helmer Gerard Pir&s.
Dorff has an impressive list of screen credits. He starred as the titular champion of bad cinema in John Waters’ comedy Cecil B. Demented co-starring Melanie Griffith. Additional projects include Blade opposite Wesley Snipes, HBO’s Earthly Possessions (in which he romanced Susan Sarandon in a story based on Anne Tyler’s novel), and Entropy.
Among Dorffs other credits are Blood and Wine with Jack Nicholson, and City of Industry opposite Harvey Keitel, lain Softley’s Backbeat (in which he starred as the fifth Beatle, Stuart Sutcliffe), and as the notorious Candy Darling in I Shot Andy Warhol. Chosen from over 2000 young men around the world, he auditioned and won the coveted role of PK in John Avildsen’s The Power of One.
Dorff recently returned from Budapest where he completed production on the thriller Den of Lions with Bob Hoskins.
