Plot: In this sequel to the outrageous dark comedy FREEWAY (1996), White Girl (Lyonne, also the Associate Producer) is sentenced to prison, but breaks out with her serial killer cell mate. They proceed to tear across the states, leaving a trail of chaos into Tiajuana as their rampage finally turns into a twisted fairytale. Director Bright returns with a sequel even more outlandish (and less comical) than it predecessor. Gallo (BUFFALO '66) makes an impression as a Mexican transvestite nun with a magical flair in the kitchen.
