Plot: A couple agrees to be the caretakers of a gothic house with their young son. Among other equally strange things, dead plants come back to life, and the swimming pool kills bathers.

The great Bette Davis is under-used in this underrated haunted house vehicle, which is infinitely superior to anything in the entire "Amityville" series. ... A fun little movie if you like your horror films paced slow...-- (eSplatter.com)
A dull and boring haunted house flick. Had decent moments, but wasn't anything I hadn't seen before. Only thing I liked was the twist at the end. Not recommended. 5/10--FrighT MasteR (UHM)
