KIM BASINGER (Maggie O’Connor) made her motion picture debut opposite Robert Redford in "The Natural." Since then she has appeared in more than 20 feature films.
In 1998, Basinger received an Academy Award® for her role in the critically acclaimed film "L.A. Confidential," based on the James Ellroy classic crime novel of the same title. The film earned nine Academy Award® nominations and also earned Basinger a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award and a BAFTA nomination.
Basinger was most recently seen in "I Dreamed of Africa," shot entirely on location in Venice, Italy, and South Africa and based on the best-selling true story by Kenya activist Kuki Gallman.
