10-year-old Clifford (Martin Short) is nothing but trouble. When he forces a plane headed for Hawaii to land in L.A., his parents reach the end of their rope. Continuing on to their original destination, they ship the troublesome tyke with his uncle Martin. But after Martin refuses to take him to Dinosaurworld, the eponymous lad wreaks enough havoc to last several lifetimes.
