Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice (1993)

After the massacre in Gatlin, Nebraska -- in which a group of cultish youngsters slaughtered 50 adults -- authorities made sure the remaining perpetrators were resettled in a different town. But soon the children, led by sullen Micah, have resumed their old ways, burning the grownups and preparing the sacrifices...

Can anyone stop them before it's too late?

Entertaining enough sequel plays fine thanks to a script that has a wry sense of humour that shows through ocassionally and some pretty cool deaths. While the finale is a tad sloppy and some of the effects are so-so this is still one of the better entries in this mediocre series. 

The plot is pretty weak, but the film has more style and a is more believable than its predecessor.
