 Understandably given little theatrical play by Warner this is a fairly tedious time with writer/director Red showing none of the flair he did with Body Parts. Pretty passable.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
Obviously Red tried to capture some of the magic of this well-liked book, but it's pretty hard to put the point of a view of a dog on film.-- (eSplatter.com)
