Plot: Co-directors Paul S. Myers and Brennan Shroff take an affectionate swipe at trailer-park culture in their charming indie comedy SOUTHERN BELLES. Belle (Anna Faris, SCARY MOVIE) and Bell (stage veteran Laura Breckenridge in her feature-film debut) are dim but sweetnatured best friends dissatisfied with the stifling confines of their dead-end lives in rural south Georgia. Eager to move to big-city Atlanta, the ambitious duo embark on a hilarious series of hapless get-rick-quick schemes that threaten to derail their cosmopolitan dreams--especially when Bell falls for a dashing police officer named Rhett Butler (Justin Chambers, GREY'S ANATOMY).
