Plot: For 30 years on Halloween, the younger generations in the small town of Layton, Texas, tempt fate by driving slowly down Storm Creek Road in search of Fanglady - a soul-stealing witch and the matriarch of a family of cannibalistic hillbillies.

Each year nothing happens...until this year when THE LEGEND COMES ALIVE!

The legend of the Fanglady stretches far and wide throughout the town of Layton, Texas. The myth perpetrated by several generations of village folk is that she will appear somewhere along Storm Creek Road on Halloween. Unfortunately, the story has lost credibility over the years, with many attempts to find the old hag resulting in a disappointing no-show. However, 30 years after the legend was first told, a group of teenagers are about to get the shock of their lives as they make the slow descent down the much-travelled path. Yes, the Fanglady is back in all her glory, and with the requisite bunch of dumb teens at her disposal, she sets out on a brutal and bloody killing spree!
