The Weinstein Co. has closed a deal on North American rights to the $20 million love story-cum-murder mystery "All Good Things" says Variety.

The story follows a New York real estate dynasty in the 1980s. Ryan Gosling, Kirsten Dunst, Frank Langella and Jeffrey Dean Morgan star.

The project is the feature directorial debut for Andrew Jarecki ("Capturing the Friedmans"). Jarecki co-wrote the script with Marc Smerling and Marcus Hinchey.

Shooting begins in New York and Connecticut this month.
