Upon awakening from a coma, Trevor Blackburn (Andras Jones) is greeted by sinister doctors in a home for the criminally insane and informed that he has murdered wife in a sacrificial killing. Trevor struggles to reclaim his life and is further shrouded in confusion when sadistic experiments are conducted on him. Meanwhile other patients are dying off or missing one by one and Trevor attempts to uncover this mystery as well as the secrets to his own identity--and sanity. Jeffrey Combs, Seth Green, and Alice Cooper also star.

When Trevor Blackburn awakens from a coma, he has no memory of his past. A sinister Doctor informs him that he has been committed to a sanitarium for the criminally insane after the sacrificial murder of his fiancée. As patients start dying one by one, he breaks into a secret attic in search of answers to their deaths. Thrown into a bizarre halfway house filled with strange psychos, his thin grip on reality begins to slip away. As he plunges into a violent and nightmarish world of magic, wild sexual escapades and tortuous medical experiments.
