Plot: David Bensen, a renegade CIA agent, is recruited to protect the life of the President of a quietly beautiful Latin American country but must struggle to save himself after he's framed for the murder of his charge. Wrongly accused of assassination, Bensen must dodge the violent authorities and find the true culprits -- international terrorists. Robert Englund (NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET's murdering villain) plays Bensen's boss.
