Tagline: When they put their heads together... it's a no brainer.

Plot: Weatherman Russ Richards' slippery descent into chaos begins during one of the warmest winters in memory. With no snow in sight, sales at his snowmobile dealership are stalled and his business is about to go belly up. He turns for help to Gig (Tim Roth), an old buddy and strip club owner. Gig has some helpful but highly illegal suggestions, one of which requires the collusion of Crystal Latroy (Lisa Kudrow), the station's, sexy, avaricious lotto ball girl. Right from the beginning, however, Russ' plans fall apart. He finds himself propelled into a variety of disastrous complications, chief among them being Dale "Dale the thug" Wagstaff (Michael Rapaport). Brought into the scheme by Gig, Dale turns out to be an inept but still dangerous bad guy who screws up everything he touches.
