Very similar to the previous film. It was interesting and it was good to see Ashley Laurence back in the film, but it got confusing and annoying with all the flashes and such the main character had. Rent this if you liked Inferno, otherwise, don't bother. 6/10--FrighT MasteR (UHM)
Overall, this isn't the worst entry in the series and there are some interesting ideas; but it's only really for fans of the series - and even they might be disappointed in the utter lack of Pinhead and his Cenobites. -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)

Another disappointing direct-to-video sequel in the "Hellraiser" franchise, this clunker is ambitious in the screenplay department, trying to craft a surreal memory-loss story a la "Memento," and tries hard to keep you guessing what's really going on.-- (eSplatter.com)
