Director/co-writer Spence shows decent visual style but has to contend with a dopey plot and dull pace. ... A bit of a let-down after the entertaining third part this is an instantly forgettable and pretty tedious sequel. -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
Aside from a nice opening shot of a corn kid staring blankly into the screen and a pretty freaky "Exorcist"-style possession scene involving some hospitalized kids, there's little worthwhile in this movie -- although it does feature Naomi Watts in an early role.-- (eSplatter.com)
