Andy Wachowski in Matrix Revolutions, The (2003) THE WACHOWSKI BROTHERS (Writers / Directors / Executive Producers) were born and raised in Chicago and have been working together for more than 30 years. Prior to making The Matrix trilogy, the Wachowskis wrote and directed their first feature film, Bound , a thriller starring Gina Gershon, Jennifer Tilly and Joe Pantoliano. Little else is known about them.
