 Another bunch of scantily clad women are killed by yet another drill wielding psychopath and while this isn't nearly as bad as part two in this series and is occasionally fun in a cheap way it can't get by on a rehashed plot and low-grade acting.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
Once again, producers tried to make some kind of bizarre point by hiring women to write and direct this film. Results aren't much of an improvement.-- (eSplatter.com)
So basically, this film sucks. I gave it a 2 instead of a flat out 1, was because it was funny as hell watching the girls go from one window to the other. Rent it if you like the series, but don't expect much. 2/10--FrighT MasteR (UHM)
