Plot: Angela returns once again in this third installment of the popular SLEEPAWAY CAMP series. Here, Angela joins Camp New Horizon, an organization that brings rich and poor teenagers together for a weekend of sharing, after she kills a look alike and takes her place. It isn't long before the other campers begin ridiculing Angela and history begins to repeat itself. Just as entertaining as the second film in the series, TEENAGE WASTELAND follows the lead of its predecessor and places the emphasis on campy fun, gore, and gratuitous nudity rather than the creepy atmosphere of the original.

 With the same dopey humour as before this opts for wholesale slaughter over fun and Springsteen just doesn't seem as 'into' her role as before. Certainly if you are a fan of this series you will find this to be a watchable and mildly entertaining entry but it just can't match the previous part.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
