It's too bad the beginning was so strong because the rest of the movie is uninteresting and pretty stale. Durning really doesn't seem like a P.I. type. Attempts to pick-up its pace in the finale when Kane returns, but it's really not enough.  -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
