JOHN C. REILLY (Murph) most recently starred in Paul Thomas Anderson’s ensemble drama "Magnolia." Prior to that he co-starred in "For Love of the Game" with Kevin Costner and in "The Settlement" with William Fichtner and Kelly McGillis. He was also featured in the Academy Award-nominated "The Thin Red Line" and with Drew Barrymore and David Arquette in "Never Been Kissed."
Reilly starred with Mark Wahlberg in Anderson's Oscar-nominated "Boogie Nights" after having previously worked with the director in "Hard Eight" with Gwyneth Paltrow and Samuel L. Jackson. Among Reilly's other feature film credits are "Georgia," "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?," "Dolores Claiborne," "The River Wild," "We're No Angels," "State of Grace," "Days of Thunder," "Hoffa" and "Casualties of War."
On stage, Reilly starred with Gary Sinise in "The Grapes of Wrath" on Broadway. He also starred in the Steppenwolf Theatre production of "A Streetcar Named Desire" and produced and played the title role in Ionesco's "Exit the King" at The Actor's Gang Theatre in Los Angeles. He and Phillip Seymour Hoffman began 2000 with an Off-Broadway revival of Sam Shepard’s "True West."
