Plot: Tom Witzky (Kevin Bacon), husband and father of a precocious young son, finds his blue-collar Chicago existence altered after he is hypnotized at a neighborhood party. Amazing stuff from writer/director David Koepp; this is a fiercely intelligent, intriguing and sleek effort that piles on oodles of mood and keeps you completely engrossed. And while there's a few plot holes; for the most part this has an agreeably twisty script with lots of completely messed-up visions. ...
