Kudos go to Perkins for making a sequel that while underrated today is a very good entry with Perkins comfortable enough in the role he created to make Norman even more odd, shy and vulnerable than before. -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
Not as good as "Psycho II," ... The movie just feels predictible. Bates is back in business, and new victims just happen upon his motel.-- (eSplatter.com)
