Plot: Daitokuji Yukio (Motoki Masahiro), is a former military doctor who has taken over a successful practice from his father. He puts class before patient, and often will not treat patients from the ghetto if he feels that there is a more proper citizen in line. When Yukio's wife, Rin (Ryo) returns with amnesia, it turns his life upside down. Following her though, is Yukio's long lost twin brother who is bent on revenge, and plans on taking Yukio's life over.A successful surgeon living with his parents and new wife, who suffers from amnesia, constantly feels someone is spying on him. Unfortunately for him, it's an identical twin that wants to murder his parents, then him and then take over every aspect of his life - in particular his wife. Any more description would ruin the twists and surprises. Unique visuals, surreal moments and beautifully cinematography make this stunning to look at, yet it's deeply twisted and very creepy.
