external linkThis is certainly one boring slasher movie and that might be because there's no deaths until an hour in and it's lacking what every good slasher movie needs - that is murder scenes and nudity. It doesn't work because of poorly defined characters, a script that tries to throw-out a bunch of red herrings early on and it even gives Jamie Lee Curtis a disco dancing scene to help pad the movie. 1/4

external link...the result is just . . . blah. Sly but not intelligent, mildly involving but not scary. In other words, average, but not good. 2.5/5
--Jack Witzig (ColdSpot)

external linkA decent, professionally made horror film, "Prom Night" has all the cliches: the nutty janitor you're supposed to suspect is a killer; the sluts who are slashed first; teenagers played by actors in their 30s.
