Bailey has inherited billions of dollars and been appointed CEO of AARF, an animal-rights organization. The catch? Bailey is a golden retriever, whose mistress, Constance Pennington (Jackie Burroughs), has left her fortune to him, leaving him in the care of the animal communicator Ted Maxwell (Dean Cain, LOIS AND CLARK: THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN). But Constance's greedy nephew Caspar (Tim Curry, KINSEY) and his wife, Dolores (Jennifer Tilly, BOUND, THE MAGNIFICENT AMBERSONS) are determined to get their hands on the fortune, and when they kidnap Baily it's up to Ted, aided by AARF employee Marge Maggs (Laurie Holden) and her daughter Samantha (Angela Vallee), to get him back
