Plot: Bailey has inherited billions of dollars and been appointed CEO of AARF, an animal-rights organization. The catch? Bailey is a golden retriever, whose mistress, Constance Pennington (Jackie Burroughs), has left her fortune to him, leaving him in the care of the animal communicator Ted Maxwell (Dean Cain, LOIS AND CLARK: THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN).
