Written smartly by returning scribe Ted Tally this has lots of okay thrills and a good twist ending with Norton steady in the lead role and a mostly engrossing storyline. ... Satsifying and much better than the needlessly gory Hannibal, this is a nice end of the series and recommended viewing. ... Not as good as Silence, but an above average horror-thriller nonetheless. Overall, not a classic by any means, but a solid effort, with nice tension and pace, that fits snugly in the number two spot between HANNIBAL and SILENCE in the roster. (SILENCE being easily the best of the three movies.) [read review]
