Ski Hard (1995)

Willie's I.Q. barely reaches the teens, but he himself always reaches the bottom of the slope, with grace and great speed. He decides to enter a race against five opponents -- a horny hunk, a moaning mama's boy, a grunge-tinged juvenile delinquent, a souse ex-Olympian skier, and a ski instructor-girltoy -- down the infamous "Kamikaze Run." The spoils include $500,000 and a bodacious blonde babe.

To win, Willie had better conserve what little brainpower he has, because he will need each and every brain cell to outsmart those other nitwits.
