RAVEN- SYMONE one of today's most popular and recognizable child actors, returns in the role she first played in the 1998 Dr. Dolittle.
Symore has received several Youth in film Awards, a NAACP Junior Achievement Award for Excellence in a TV series, and was nominated for a People's Choice Award for Outstanding Young Performer and the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a TV series. Symone is best known for her role as the adorable Olivia on the NBC hit sitcom The Crosby Show and as Nicole on ABC's successful Hangin' With Mr. Cooper as well as Dr. Dolittle.
Also a recording artist, Symone is the youngest person ever to sign a recording contract with MCA Records at age five. She debuted on Broadway with the Boys Choir of Harlem for their 25th Anniversary celebration. She has a follow-up album due out later this year.
Symone is involved in issues that concern children. She was Ambassador for General Colin Powell's "Children First" program and speaks on behalf of National Safe Kids Campaign.
