Plot: A group of childhood friends in New York City's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood dream of escaping the mean streets to a better adult life, but find themselves in the same place years later. Now, with families of their own to care for, they find themselves involved in organized crime and dealing with problems such as drug addiction, unwanted pregnancies, and retribution from rival gangs. Armand Assante, William Baldwin, and Chazz Palminteri lead the cast of this character-driven entry in the Tough Guy genre.
