Plot: Eddie Burns (Ving Rhames) is a retired Reno cop with fifteen years under his belt. During the pursuit of alleged cop killer, Eddie lost a portion of his arm and became disillusioned with his profession. When his sister, Cassie (Kerry Washington), goes missing, he becomes hell-bent on bringing her to safety. Unfortunately for him, her life now lies in the hands of maniacal drug lord Charlie (Gary Oldman), whose past is intertwined with Eddie's.
