Plot: Lou Diamond Phillips stars in this thriller as Jack, a maverick cop whose most recent case has made him both a local hero and the subject of a routine investigation for a shooting that occurred during the case. Though he is innocent, Jack quickly finds that departmental investigators are finding enough evidence for a substantial case against him. Smelling a conspiracy, Jack begins an investigation of his own that leads him to team up with a stripper named Jessica Terrant (Wuhrer) who may the key to finding whoever wants him behind bars.
