With no REAL star power or large critical acclaim, it will no doubt be viewed as middle-of-the-road fare by most cinema-goers who will most likely resign it to a possible rental but it does not deserve such a gloomy fate. Lost Souls is an effective big screen movie, if only for Kaminskis superlative work. [read review]

The two leads do okay and it's a mostly solid religious horror despite the fact it gets too heavy-handed in the last third and has a way too sloppy finish with a couple of far-fetched twists. Nothing special for the most part. [read review]
