Tagline: Oh, the liberties that were taken the night New York flipped its fuse... and became "Fun City"!
Plot: Doris Day stars in this hilarious comedy set during the 1965 east coast blackout. Day plays a character very much like herself, an actress named Margaret who has a whiter-than snow, virginal image. Margaret leaves New York for her Connecticut home when she discovers that, during the blackout, her husband cheated on her. Upset and unable to sleep, she takes a tranquilizer to help her get some rest. But when she wakes up several hours later, she finds a man lying next to her. What happened while she was out cold? And will Margaret's spotless reputation ever recover from this scandal?
