Soviet spies, disguised as Middle Eastern terrorists, hold the entire world hostage by threatening to annihilate a large portion of the planet's oil supply. To rectify this situation, the U.S. government enlists its best intelligence officer. Known simply as The Soldier, this top-secret CIA operative answers to no one. But with some help from another CIA agent, and a member of the Israeli secret service, The Soldier combats the devious Russian spy, Dracha.
