Somewhat engrossing horror/thriller has some tasty black comedy, a top-notch cast and a bold idea. The only drawback here is it tends to be leisurely paced and has a semi-bloated mid-section before getting down in the violently exciting finale. ... It's easy to see why this never found an audience in theatres because it's bloody, grisly and definitely not for all tastes. [read review] -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
Absolutely fascinating. Ravenous held me transfixed for its entire run--at at least one point in the movie, my jaw was hanging open. The film was intelligently written, with interesting philosophical overtones and plot twists that completely surprised me. [read review] --Jack Witzig (ColdSpot)
This movie's lighting really set the mood and its scenery was amazing, it really put me in aw. Ravenous the movie about cannibals in the west during the Pre Civil war period really hit me hard but I loved every moment of it. [read review] -- (Bloody-Disgusting.com)
