Two druggy draft dodgers return to the States, twenty years after the Vietnam War, when a dying government agent tells them of an American plot to invade a Central American country. Back in New York to blow the lid off the clandestine plan, the two hippies are shocked to find that their formerly radical friends have abandoned their youthful idealism to become materialistic yuppies.
