While nowhere near as entertaining as the original this fairly watchable follow-up benefits from having co-writer/director Spiegel on board due to his stylized direction that has the camera moving energetically and in some pretty interesting angles. ... If you can lower your expectations a bit you might have fun with this flick that's firmly rooted in B-moviedom.

While buzz on the street about this film was that it sucked, it actually delivered all the goods horror fans could want. ... Not as stellar as the third or first film, Part 2 nonetheless delivers the goods. Do check it out. -- (eSplatter.com)
