Genre: Thriller, Horror, Sci-Fi, Aliens, Robots, Gore, Prostitution, Murder, Political
Tagline: There is life on Mars...and now it's here.
Plot: Sil, the sex-crazed alien life form from the predecessor "Species" is now a clone named Eve (Henstridge). Eve is the acting subject of governmental experiments until a trio of astronauts returns from a trip to Mars and one starts behaving rather strangely. Astronaut Patrick Ross (Lazard) begins to act eerily similar to Sil in that sexual predator sort of way that Henstridge made so endearing in "Species."

Production wise this looks more like direct-to-video fare than a big studio movie and while it's not horrible it's still a lame concoction of overdone and senseless nudity and gore, plenty cheesy one-liners and a 'who cares' kind of script. Don't bother. -- (TheVideoGraveYard.com)
